The Blue Bay Village is situated some 2km from Watamu and 23km south of Malindi on the Indian Ocean coast and overlooks the marine park. The property forms part of the igv club. All rooms, which have makuti roofs, have installed TV and video. There is a choice of rooms; standard, standard with air conditioning, de-deluxe and suite.

The restaurant features a local chef, but with a strong influence from the property’s Italian owners. There is a fresh water swimming pool. Sports such as beach volleyball, table tennis, sail-boarding, canoeing, pool and tennis are all free. A small charge is made for diving [at Blue Bay Sub Aqua centre], snorkeling and horse-riding [in Malindi].
