Lake Nakuru Lodge is located in the Great Rift
Valley in the heart of Ramsar Site, one of the
most densely animal populated wetland national
parks. The lodge is a two-hour drive from Nairobi,
roads through wonderful scenery or a 25-minute
flight by charter plane to the local airstrip.
Lake Nakuru is an Oasis of comfort and excellent
service with commanding views of the lake and
its population of greater and lesser flamingo.
The lodge blends so well with its surroundings
that animals can often be seen browsing peacefully
close by – a fascinating sight for visitors.
There is accommodation for 120 people in family
rooms, cottages and suites. The excellent cuisine
include outside catering, a bush barbecue and
an African night. After a day’s watching,
guests can swim in the lodge’s own pool
or enjoy a sundowner in the Rhino Paddock Cocktail
Bar overlooking the lake. Varied programme of
evening entertainment.
