Day 1: Nairobi - Aberdares.
Drive north to Kenya's central highlands arriving at Aberdare National park. After lunch at the base hotel, transfer to your tree hotel for Dinner and overnight Game viewing at the Tree Lodge.
Note: Only a small overnight bag is allowed at the Tree Hotels. The rest of the baggage will be stored at the base hotel.

Day 2: Aberdares - Samburu / Shaba.
Continue north across the equator to the hot and arid lowlands of Samburu arriving at your lodge in time for lunch. Here, the Savannah grassland intersperse with thorn bushes to become acacia woodland, giving way to isolated crags and natural springs cascading onto the riverbanks.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Samburu / Shaba National Reserve.
Full day game viewing along the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River. The river's permanent waters abound with crocodile and hippo and attract plenty of wildlife including the peculiar Grevy Zebra, Gerenuk, Beisa Oryx and the comical Somali Ostrich, unique to these northern parts.

Day 4: Samburu / Shaba National Reserve - Nanyuki.
From the hot and arid lowlands of samburu, climb to the cool slopes of MT Kenya. Arrive at the MT Kenya Safari Club in time for lunch. Enjoy many facilities and scenic beauty. The club was a play ground for the rich famous for many years. Diner at Overnight at the MT Kenya Safari Club.
Note: Only smart casual is allowed for dinner. T-shirts and open shoes will not be allowed in the club dinning room.

Day 5: Nanyuki – Nairobi.
After breakfasts for Nairobi, arriving before lunch.
